Refund policy
Unused story packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected]. Write from the email you bought with and include your order number from the receipt, so we can find the purchase quickly. A story pack counts as unused while none of its creations have been spent. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, Paddle. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
