Kitty and the Yarn Ball

Kitty saw a big ball of red yarn on the table.

Kitty saw a big ball of red yarn on the table. Pat, pat. She tapped it with her paw.

The yarn ball rolled off the table. Boing! Kitty chased it across the room. Roll, roll, roll!

The yarn went under the chair. Kitty squeezed under too. "Got you!" But the yarn rolled away again.

It rolled into the kitchen. Around the table legs. Through the hall. Kitty was having so much fun!

Soon there was red yarn everywhere! On the chairs, on the doors, on the stairs. It looked like a big red spiderweb.

Mama came home and laughed. "Oh, Kitty! What did you do?"

Kitty sat in the middle of all the yarn and purred. She looked very proud.

Mama and Kitty rolled up the yarn together. It was a game for both of them now. What a fun day!
