Story
Teddy Bear packed a basket. Sandwiches, apples, and cookies. Today was picnic day!
He spread a blue blanket under the big tree. "Who wants to have a picnic?" he called.
Bunny came hopping. "I brought carrots!" Hop, hop, hop.
Froggy came jumping. "I brought lemonade!" Jump, jump, jump.
Birdie came flying. "I brought a song!" Tweet, tweet, tweet.
They all sat on the blanket. They ate sandwiches and carrots. They drank lemonade. They shared cookies.
Then Birdie sang her song. It was about friends and sunshine and happy days. Everyone clapped.
A little ant came by. "May I join?" he asked in a tiny voice.
"Of course!" said Teddy. "There is always room for one more friend." And they all shared the last cookie together.
